**How do I clean the resting area? **
The tray can be removed for cleaning. Every so often you can remove the mats and hose the hutch and let dry on the porch.

**How long will this last? **
This hutch is made from solid pine wood with a weatherproof finish inside and out for years of use with little maintenance.

**What is the L W H of the hutch? **

**Can this hutch be used for other animals? **
It is recommended for rabbits, chicks, hamsters, guinea pigs or other small pets.

**Is it possible to put a lock on the doors? **
OF COURSE, you can lock the door, we have 2 meshed doors with wood locks for easy access and interaction.

**Is there enough room for a litter box? **
It is possible to fit a small litter box in the corner if needed. But you should check the size before.

**Is there a tray that goes under the bottom? **
The hutch do not have tray on the bottom. Some of our customers add a bottom or floor by DIY if they want to put indoor. We suggest you could do this also if you want.

**Are there instructions included? **
Yes, it is easier to build with 2 people and a Phillips head screw driver is required(not included).

**Is it suitable for outdoor use? **
Yes, this is designed for outdoor use, it is truly rain-proof, cause the roof is covered with asphalt.
